Farm Rules
General Admission and Ticketing
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are valid for the specified dates only.
- Only tickets obtained directly through ticket desks are valid.
- Ticket holders must present their ticket at the admission desk to gain entrance to the Little Farm.
- Ticket entry is valid once a day.
- In case of any circumstances that may cause management to close some of little farm, the entire little farm, or evacuate guests. Little Farm management has the right to act according to what it sees fit in terms of competition, if any guests will be directed to customer service if they were issued compensation where processing takes a period.
- Entry tickets are valid for the opening hours specified by Little Farm for the date of the ticket. Little farm management has the right to modify opening hours without notice or approval.
- Supervision: children under 10 years old must be always accompanied by an adult.
The little farm is not responsible for unaccompanied minors.
- Animal interaction: guests are allowed to interact with animals in designated areas according to specific rules for each zone. Only Under Staff Supervision
- Feeding animals: guests are allowed to feed the animals in designated areas. Only Under Staff Supervision.
- Guests are prohibited from attempting to touch, tease, or disturb animals unless in designed areas where animal interaction is allowed .
- Behavior: guests always conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Aggressive or dangerous behavior, including vandalism, violence, or disturbing other guests or animals. will result in ejecting the person (of any age) without any type of compensation and notifying authorities based on complaints alone.
- Prohibited items: The following items are prohibited on little farms: large bags, drones, weapons of any kind, and food for animals from outside little farm. Please check with Little Farm staff regarding any additional restrictions.
- Hand Hygiene: Guests are required to wash their hands thoroughly after any interaction with animals. Hand sinks are available throughout Little Farm.
- Shoes must be worn inside the farm.
- NO food or drink should be allowed in animal areas, carrying toys. Use of pacifier's baby bottles should NOT be permitted in animal areas or plant reserves.
- NO guests shall go or pass his/her hands over, under, between or otherwise cross any guardrail, fence, wall, or other safety barriers.
- NO guest should sit on, stand on, or hold hold children over barriers.
- NO guest shall throw or toss rocks, trash, or other articles into exhibit areas.
- NO picking up, hitting, kicking, pinching, pulling, chasing, or any other forms of harassment of the animals is permitted, we reserve the right to ask guest(s) to leave the Little Farm without any type of compensation.
- NO playing with the animal’s water or food, this includes putting anything in them.
- Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in Little Farm.
- Balloons are NOT allowed on zoo grounds.
- Smoking of any kind (including smoke-free cigarettes) by the guest public is NOT allowed anywhere on the ground or in facilities.
- Respect for nature: Guests are to explore and enjoy the plant reserve. However, touching, picking, or removing plants, flowers, or any natural materials is prohibited to preserve the environment. Do not disturb plant species within the reserve. Preserving plant life is essential to keeping a healthy ecosystem.
- Stay on walkways: Guests should stay on designated walkways in the plant reserve to avoid damaging the delicate environment.
- Personal belongings: The Little Farm is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
- Guests' liability: By entering the Little Farm acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions. The Little Farm is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to private property while on the premises.
- Animals Behavior: While all efforts are made to ensure the safety of guests, guests understand that animals are unpredictable.
- Local laws: Guests must comply with all local laws while on Little Farm premises.
